Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin.

Using a foundation brush, gently buff into the skin in a circular motion. Make sure you cover the entire face.

Apply before make-up to ensure a flawless finish and long lasting coverage. It also acts as a barrier between skin and make-up, stopping oil getting out and make-up seeping in.

For extra matte finish, use in conjunction with Runway Room’s Base Blur. For a lift through the cheeks, apply a small amount of Illuminate Powder across high cheek bones.
